· Red – Base – in front of coccyx- adrenals, kidneys ,colon ,rectum –

Security, survival , base instinct.

· Orange – Sacral Centre – above pubic bone- reproductive system

Sexual emotional response, feelings of pleasure.

· Yellow – Solar Plexus- Diaphragm- pancreas, intestines, liver ,spleen

Personal power , self-esteem, mental/emotional control

· Green – Heart -midway of sternum between breast – heart , lungs, circulatory system thymus gland- Love, forgiveness , healing, compassion

· Blue – throat- throat indentation- thyroid/parathyroid glands, throat, mouth – Communication , expression, discernment

· Indigo - Bow – between the eyebrows – pituitary gland , brain (partial), eyes , ears – Intuition , insight, psychic abilities.

· Violet – Crown – Crown - Pineal gland, brain- Gateway to higher consciousness, spirituality
